The Manual on the European Flour Milling Industry
The European flour milling association publishes the Manual on the European Flour Milling Industry every two years.
The Manual compiles updated data about the flour milling sector in each European country. In particular, it includes the following basic information:
- Number of mills and distribution per size
- List of largest milling companies
- Production of flour
- Milling capacity
- Origins of wheat supply
- Food legislation & sector initiatives, etc.
The 2020-2021 edition is available upon request.
