The 2024 edition of the European Flour Millers' Congress brought together some 190 delegates on 6-8 June at Hofbräuhaus - the cradle of Bavarian tavern culture - in Munich, at the invitation of the German millers and their association.

The Congress was a huge success and welcomed experts who presented their insights on trends that shape the business environment for millers, such as:
