The European Flour Milling Congress 2016

Every two years, the European Flour Millers' Congress brings together all the major actors in the wheat, flour & bread chain of the European Union.
Its 2016 conference session examined a wide range of issues – changes in the grain chain, bakery marketing trends & market prospects – affecting the flour milling business, and offered all delegates the chance to question leading international experts in their respective fields (European Commission, GIRA, CME Group, Ardent Mills, Barilla, Europastry, Lesaffre, Instituto San Telmo etc.). Presentations given during that session have subsequently been shared with all the delegates.
The Congress took place on 26-28 May in Madrid. It gathered more than 180 participants from all over the European Union with the participation of the European Commission.
