The Manual on the European Flour Milling Industry
The European flour milling association publishes the Manual on the European Flour Milling Industry every two years.
The Manual compiles updated data about the flour milling sector in each European country. In particular, it includes the following information:
- Number of mills and distribution per size
- Most important mills
- Production of flour
- Milling capacity
- Wheat & origin of supplies
- Food legislation & sector safety initiatives, etc.
It is freely distributed to members and sold to non members. The next edition will be available as from June 2016.
