Every two years, the European flour milling association brings together all the major European actors in the grain-to-bread chain for a conference.

In 2019, the event will take place in Paris on the theme "Transforming new consumers' expectations into a competitive asset for the flour millers".

Several high-level guest speakers from the academic world, research & prospective institutes, public institutions, scientists and the food industry will join us to share their insights on consumer's behaviour & believes and the organisation of a chartered supply chain that shape the new business environment for millers.

The Convention will also welcome a renowned social scientist delivering the results of his work on "acquiring food habits during childhood: what place for bread?".
